Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a congratulatory message from Wang Yi, foreign minister of the People's Republic of China, on March 26.

Extending warm congratulations to Choe Son Hui on her reappointment as foreign minister of the DPRK, the message stressed that a new phase was opened and an important opportunity for development was greeted in the China-DPRK relations under the joint guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
