Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- Celebrations, friendly meetings, book and stamp exhibitions were held at the State Duma of Russia, the Khabarovsk Territorial Branch of the United Russia Party, and the Maritime Territorial, the Khabarovsk Territorial and the Amur Regional branch committees of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Maritime Territorial Branch Council of the Socialist Political Party "For Just Russia-Patriots-Truth", the Maritime Territorial Branch of the All-Russia War Veterans' Social Organization "Militant Fraternity", the Khabarovsk Youth Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the DPRK in the Republic of Buryatia, the Far East State Science Library and a stamp company on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Speeches were made at the events attended by personages of the parliament, political parties, organizations and institutions of Russia and masses.
