Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Bui Thanh Son, deputy prime minister and foreign minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on Jan. 31 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
She in the message said that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with socialism as their core have invariably covered the road of their development despite the complicated international situation for the past 75 years since the above-said establishment and, in particular, the Hanoi summit held in March 2019 marked a historic occasion in boosting the traditional DPRK-Vietnam friendship onto a new high stage.
She expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger thanks to the close communication and cooperation between the diplomatic fields this year, a Year of Friendship, under the deep care of the top leaders of the two countries. -0-
