Pyongyang, July 9 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Varsen Aghabekian Shahin upon her appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine on July 5.
