Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Ahmad Abdullah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, prime minister of the State of Kuwait, on Feb. 25 on the occasion of its national day.
