Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- The delegation of the DPRK Ministry of Disaster Management headed by Vice-Minister Ri Ki Chol returned home on December 17 after visiting Russia.

It was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the ministry and a member of the Russian embassy here. -0-
