Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- To Lam, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and paid high tribute to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Oct. 10.

He was accompanied by Jo Yong Won, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

A flower basket in the name of To Lam was laid before the statues of the great leaders.
