Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation led by Dmitri Novikov, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and first vice-chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the State Duma, arrived here on October 9 to take part in the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

It was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by An Hyon Min, vice department director of the Central Committee of the WPK. -0-
