Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the DPRK, on Sept. 26 sent a congratulatory message to Maria Malmer Stenergard upon her appointment as foreign minister of the Kingdom of Sweden.

Expressing belief that the bilateral relations would develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries, the message wished her successes in her new job. -0-
