Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK, sent a message of sympathy to Narendra Modi, prime minister of the Republic of India, on Dec. 29 over the demise of Manmohan Singh, ex-prime minister of India.
