Pyongyang, May 9 (KCNA) -- The third meeting of the DPRK-Belarus intergovernmental joint committee for trade and economic cooperation was held at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on May 8.

Present there were Jong Myong Su, vice-premier of the DPRK Cabinet, officials concerned and members of the Belarusian government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Shuleiko.

The meeting discussed in detail the provisions of practical bilateral cooperation in various fields including agriculture, machine-building, public health, trade and education between the two countries.

On the same day, a protocol was signed for the third meeting of the DPRK-Belarus intergovernmental joint committee for trade and economic cooperation. -0-
