Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- A Russian government delegation led by Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Alexandr Kozlov, on a visit to the DPRK, laid a wreath at the Liberation Tower on Tuesday.

Present there were Vice-Minister of External Economic Relations of the DPRK Ji Kyong Su and Ambassador Alexandr Matsegora and staff members of the Russian embassy here.

A wreath in the name of the government of the Russian Federation was placed at the Liberation Tower.

The participants paid silent tribute to the memory of the Red Army officers and men, who dedicated their precious lives to the sacred war of justice for Korea's liberation with noble internationalism, and looked round the tower. -0-
