Pyongyang, April 3 (KCNA) -- The Hwangju County Foodstuff Factory in the DPRK has made dozens of new products with a specialty abundant in its area, according to Rodong Sinmun.

The factory worked out a plan to develop health foods with lotus roots and pooled the collective wisdom.

Its officials and employees put their efforts into selecting and processing varieties of products in order to preserve the pharmacological effect of lotus root and into all other processes like packaging and creation of trademark designs.

The factory is devoting creative wisdom and enthusiasm to improving the quality of products and expanding their variety with the goal of producing more goods favored by the inhabitants. -0-
