Pyongyang, January 27 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Tuesday says in an editorial that talents are the important strategic resources for bringing about great leaps forward in socialist construction.

Today the viewpoint and attitude towards the talents are the viewpoint and attitude towards the revolution and the Workers' Party of Korea's policies and nothing can be done properly without talented personnel, the editorial says, and goes on:

It is the consistent policy of the WPK to attach importance to talents.

The proud reality of the DPRK, in which a series of successes is being made in guaranteeing the mightiness, progress and bravery in all fields of the state-building even in the difficulties unprecedented in history, is unthinkable apart from the idea and leadership of the WPK attaching importance to talents, whereby it has spared nothing for training and mobilizing them.

The Party's idea of attaching importance to talents serves as a treasured sword of invincibility to bring about as soon as possible such magnificent transformation as the simultaneous, balanced and rapid development of the whole country.

The above-said idea provides an immortal guideline for guaranteeing the long-term development of the country.

To steadily increase the talented manpower is the way to make the successes achieved so far result in a greater victory and to proudly enter the venue for the glorious Party Congress, and a guarantee for putting our economy on a normal track of smooth operation unfazed by any external influence.
