Farmers Move into New Houses in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- New villages have appeared in Sunghwa-ri and Yonhap-ri of Unsan County, South Phyongan Province of the DPRK.

The modern houses, built there with the local features and all the living conditions, are associated with the devoted efforts of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to make the agricultural workers enjoy a highly civilized rural life.

Present at the ceremony for moving into new houses were Kim Man Jo, secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in Unsan County.

Kang Myong Ryong, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, made a congratulatory address and then the licenses for the use of houses were conveyed there.

Amid a cheerful dancing party, farmers began moving into their new houses. Officials visited new houses to share the joy with their owners. -0-
