Pyongyang, February 25 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea led by Ri Hi Yong, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the WPK Central Committee and chairman of the Central Inspection Commission of the WPK, left here on Feb. 24 to visit Russia at the invitation of the General Council of the United Russia Party.

It was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Department Director Ju Chang Il and Vice Department Director Won Kyong Ho of the WPK Central Committee and Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Matsegora. -0-
