Pyongyang, May 20 (KCNA) -- Amid the soaring spirit of continuous innovation and leap forward at the construction site for 10 000 flats at the third stage in the Hwasong area of Pyongyang, soldier-builders of the Ministry of Public Security Brigade of the DPRK have finished the framework construction of houses 40 days ahead of schedule.

The brigade increased the speed of construction 1.3 times as compared with that of the second-stage project by conducting various frontline-style political work, taking timely measures to supply materials and strengthening the ties between sub-units and processes.

Its sub-units enhanced the roles of construction workers and steadily updated the construction methods and standards.

The brigade also finished the framework of public buildings ahead of schedule and is now stepping up the plastering of public buildings at the final stage. -0-
