Pyongyang, May 24 (KCNA) -- An event was held at the East Pyongyang Stadium in the DPRK on May 23 to mark the AFC Grassroots Football Day.

Present there were officials of the DPRK Football Association and sports field and teachers and students of Pyongyang International Football School and reserve training units in Pyongyang.

Minister of Physical Culture and Sports Kim Il Guk, chairman of the Football Association, made a speech.

Then the participants spent a pleasant time through the various sports and amusements games, football match, penalty kick, etc. in which Chong and Hong teams competed against each other. -0-
