Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in an editorial says that whether the achievements in socialist construction are expanded into greater ones or not mainly depends on the success of this year's farming.

All the officials, Party members and other working people should make redoubled efforts to successfully conclude this year's farming and thus glorify this year as an eye-opening year, a year of great turn that brings about an upward trend towards a higher stage of development by making the proud success in grain production.

Success in concluding this year's farming largely depends on the role of officials in the agricultural sector.

Farms should organize harvesting and threshing in a rational way and conduct the agricultural production and management activities, including managing manpower, equipment and materials, in a responsible manner.
