Pyongyang, January 5 (KCNA) -- Kaesong Municipality of the DPRK has launched a motivation offensive to stir up the patriotic enthusiasm of citizens out in the new year's advance.

Revolutionary slogans and watchwords were displayed in streets and at worksites and an agitation campaign by loudspeaker cars was launched to harden the will of officials and working people to successfully complete the five-year plan.

Extra-official lecturers of the municipality, county and district Party committees went to rural areas to conduct agitation activities for helping farmers grasp the idea and spirit of the plenary meeting of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee while working together with them.

Members of the mobile artistic motivation team in Kaephung District gave an art agitation performance calling on the agricultural workers to uphold the decisions of the plenary meeting with increased grain production.

The performances by municipal art troupe and artistic information team inspired the officials and workers at industrial establishments to a drive for increased production.

Women's union members launched a rush-hour motivation campaign in different places to stir up the enthusiasm for revolution and struggle. -0-
