Pyongyang, December 13 (KCNA) -- South Hwanghae Province in the DPRK has newly organized its provincial construction mechanized brigade.

The construction of the brigade with a sci-tech learning space, bedrooms, dining hall, office building and welfare buildings and various kinds of construction equipment makes it possible to lay the material and technical foundations for pushing ahead with regional and rural construction.

Present at the inauguration ceremony held on the spot on Dec.11 were officials of the Party and power organs in South Hwanghae Province and working people and employees of the brigade.

A speech was made at the ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony the participants went round the brigade. -0-
