Socialist Emulation to Implement WPK's Childcare Policy Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, June 11 (KCNA) -- A socialist emulation among large-scale dairy cattle farms, goat farms and stockbreeding farms is brisk to increase the number of cows and goats and boost milk production in hearty response to the childcare policy of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea organized the socialist emulation with the main emphasis put on modernizing the already-built dairy cattle farms, restoring and rehabilitating the city and county goat farms, taking veterinary and anti-epizootic measures and securing protein feed and feed additives.

The units participating in the emulation are strengthening their own technical forces and consolidating their material foundations and, at the same time, carrying on the examination of domestic animals and disinfection of their corrals in a responsible manner.

The central committee is also paying attention to making all units exchange and share the successes and experience with each other so that the vitality of the socialist emulation is displayed.

Increasing with each passing day is the spirit of the officials and working people of the units participating in the emulation to make innovations in implementing the Party's childcare policy. -0-
