Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- The Law of the DPRK on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities was adopted and amended and supplemented in detail in November 2013, thus providing a firm legal guarantee for further developing the work of protecting the persons with disabilities under the care of the whole society in the DPRK.

Thanks to the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea and state on protecting the persons with disabilities, which is consistent with warm love and affection, the persons with disabilities are growing bright and cheerful without caring and enjoying a genuine life, bringing their hopes and talents into full bloom in all fields of social life for the masters of the state and society. -0-
