Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- New houses were built at the Pongjuk and Sunhak farms in Kosong County, Kangwon Province of the DPRK.
The farm villages where low- and single-storied dwelling houses of various forms were built at the foot of Mt Kumgang hundreds of trees and flower shrubs were planted show the true picture of rural rejuvenation in the era of the Workers' Party.
A ceremony for moving into new houses took place at the Pongjuk Farm in Kosong County on August 19. Attending the ceremony were officials of Kangwon Province and Kosong County, builders and agricultural workers who will move into new houses.
Speeches were made at the ceremony and then licenses for the use of new houses were handed over to their owners.
With the moving into new houses, a pleasant peasant dance and congratulatory performance were given and officials visited the owners of the new houses to share joy with them. -0-
