Pyongyang, January 16 (KCNA) -- At a time when a new life of socialist cultural efflorescence blooms all over the DPRK every day, modern dwelling houses were built in Munmu-ri, Sohung County, North Hwanghae Province, and in Huku-ri and Rodong-ri in Sangwon County of the province.

The new villages are the precious fruits of the energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is putting his heart and soul into the work to provide the agricultural workers with a more affluent and civilized life.

There took place ceremonies for moving into new houses in those places.

Present there were officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in the province and the counties.

Congratulatory addresses were made at the ceremonies.

Then, licenses for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

When the farmers began to move into new houses, there was a cheerful dancing party full of their excitement and joy and the villages were in a festive mood. The DPRK flags were flying at windows of the houses. The farmers' families extended their thanks to the motherly Workers' Party of Korea.

Officials visited the owners of the new houses to share joy with them, and encouraged them to do more work for the Party and the socialist system. -0-
