Pyongyang, January 17 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent birthday spreads to Kim Sun Han, a woman centenarian living in Neighborhood Unit No. 49, Namsan-dong No. 2, Kaesong Municipality, and Ri Hi Gu, a woman centenarian living in Neighborhood Unit No. 50, Hoesang-dong No. 1, Hoesang District, Hamhung City, South Hamgyong Province.

Officials in Kaesong Municipality and Hoesang District of Hamhung City and villagers congratulated the women centenarians on receiving the birthday spreads associated with the loving care of Kim Jong Un.

Kim Sun Han, who had lived with the sorrow of a stateless nation, enjoyed a worthwhile life in the liberated country and devoted her whole life to the education of the rising generation. And the Workers' Party of Korea awarded her a high state order and honorary title and trained her children to be officials loyal to the country and the people.

Ri Hi Gu is very proud of their children as their hopes and dreams for learning came true under the care of the motherly Party. Her children had the honour of becoming Party members and graduated from universities.

The women centenarians, who were deeply moved, expressed their gratitude to Kim Jong Un for showing deep benevolence for ordinary old women. -0-
