Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- New dwelling houses have been built at the Ponghae Vegetable Farm of Chongjin City, North Hamgyong Province, the DPRK amid a new appearance of mountains and rivers and people being changed beyond imagination under the care of the great Workers' Party of Korea.

The people there became to lead a blessed life in one hundred and tens of modern houses suited to the characteristics of coastal area in harmony with landscaping.

Present at the ceremony of moving into new houses held on the spot were officials of the Party and power organs in North Hamgyong Province and Chongjin City, builders and agricultural workers.

A congratulatory address was made and licenses for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

As a congratulatory performance was given to rev up the atmosphere of moving into new houses, officials visited the owners of new houses to share joy with them. -0-
