Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) -- The South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea launched a trade union shock brigade campaign.

The committee has conducted effective political work to ensure that trade unions at all levels organize shock brigades in conformity with the actual conditions by following the examples of the advanced units and make substantial contributions to implementing the Party's policies.

The Kowon Coal Mine trade union shock brigade is striving to carry out its plan for the second half of the year while over-fulfilling the tunneling plan every day and every month.

The trade union organizations at the Komdok Mining Complex organized the Cha Kwang Su trade union shock brigade and trained dozens of union members as labor innovators and made sure that they took a big share in the project for expanding the capacity for transporting ore.

Similar innovations are made by the trade union shock brigades in Hamhung City and other areas. -0-
