Pyongyang, April 24 (KCNA) -- On the occasion of April 25, the significant day when the anchor of the Korean revolution was raised, an endless stream of people, determined to carry forward the revolutionary traditions of the Workers' Party of Korea generation after generation, visit the anti-Japanese battle sites.

North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK is directing efforts to equipping officials, working people, youth and students with the revolutionary spirit so that they can more deeply grasp the transparent ideological and moral world of the first generation of the revolution that defeated the brigandish Japanese imperialists and brought the bright dawn of national liberation under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung through the study tour of the Kuksabong Revolutionary Battle Site and the Sangdansan Revolutionary Battle Site.

Officials, working people, youth and students in Jagang Province are touring the Rangnim Revolutionary Battle Site and the Ogasan Revolutionary Battle Site.

Being briefed on the fact that the full preparations for national liberation through the all-people resistance with the Korean People's Revolutionary Army as the main force under the leadership of the President were made, the visitors went round various places of the revolutionary battle sites with deep emotion.

Youth and students in South Hamgyong Province toured the Majon Revolutionary Battle Site associated with the activities of the members of small units of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army in the Hungnam area true to the President's line of all-people resistance.

The Nampho Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea has made it an important occasion for officials, working people, youth and students to arm themselves more firmly with the revolutionary traditions of the WPK, taking the revolutionary history as their practical experience and eternal breathing of the revolution, not remaining merely as the paragraphs of reminiscences, through a study tour of the revolutionary battle sites.

While visiting the Ponghwajae Temporary Secret Base of the Wonsan City Revolutionary Battle Site, members of the trade union in Kangwon Province keenly realized once again that the grim annals of the revolution could be glorified with victory and glory thanks to the revolutionary spirit and tradition created by the anti-Japanese fighters.

Officials, working people, youth and students in North and South Phyongan provinces and Rason Municipality visit the revolutionary battle sites every day with one mind to greet the Ninth Congress of the Party with innovative successes by learning from the fighting spirit of self-reliance displayed by the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners.

During the study tour, there were meetings to hear impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas, contests of singing revolutionary songs in chorus and oath-taking meetings. -0-
