Pyongyang, July 1 (KCNA) -- New houses have been built in Kohyon-ri, Samchon County of South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK.

New villages are harmonious with cosy modern dwelling-houses and trees of good species and flower shrubs. They are associated with the great benevolence of the motherly Workers’ Party of Korea which translates all desires of the people into reality.

A ceremony for moving into those new houses took place on the spot.

Present at the ceremony were Pak Yun Chol, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Party and power organs in the county, builders and agricultural workers at the Kohyon Farm.

So Hak Song, vice-chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory address.

License was handed over to the owners of those new houses and speeches were made there.

Amid the delightful peasants' music and dancing, officials shared joy with the owners of the new houses. -0-
