Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK is conducting a revolutionary ideological offensive to inspire the masses to implement the decisions of the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

At the Chongjin School Uniform Factory, the Chongjin Footwear Factory and the Chongjin Bag Factory, the Party information workers called upon all workers and technicians to display vigorous exertion, explaining the idea and intention of the Party which called for increased production and economy.

Members of the provincial artistic information team, who prepared colorful works reflecting the spirit and fighting traits of the present times, visited the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex, the Komusan Cement Factory and other places to encourage the working masses to make innovations.

Officials of the provincial committees of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea and the Socialist Women's Union of Korea doubled the enthusiasm of the farmers who are carrying on the immediate farming processes through their informal political work at farms in Chongjin City, including the Jikha Farm in Chongam District. -0-
