Pyongyang, October 31 (KCNA) -- New modern houses have been built at the Yaksan Farm in Songhwa County of South Hwanghae Province, the DPRK.

The new cozy and picturesque village was built at the sunny foot of a mountain in harmony with the surrounding scenery.

A ceremony of moving into new houses was held on the spot. Present there were officials of the province and the county, builders and farmers who were to move into the new houses.

A speech was made there and licenses for the use of houses were handed over.

The county mobile artistic motivation team gave a congratulatory performance to be followed by a cheerful dancing party, revving up the festive mood.
