Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- Under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea, modern houses were built at the Tongsan Industrial Crop Farm under the North Phyongan Provincial Rural Economy Committee, and Sujin, Taehwa and Township farms in Uiju County.

Single-, low-storied and terraced dwelling houses, fashionable, cultural and diverse in terms of architecture, tell of the great benevolence of the motherly Workers' Party of Korea to provide the agricultural workers with more affluent and civilized living environment.

Ceremonies of moving into houses took place on the spots.

Present there were officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in North Phyongan Province, Kusong City and Uiju County.

Choe Yong Man, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, made congratulatory speeches at the ceremonies.

Licenses for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

House-moving began amid cheerful peasants' music and dancing parties.

Officials visited the new houses to congratulate their owners. -0-
