Workers and technicians are speeding up the production of hydraulic excavators while closely linking processes from production of parts to product finishing. Progress has been made in ensuring precision in processing parts by using various kinds of cutting tools and enhancing the performance and reliability of travel apparatus and controls.

The Kumsong Tractor Factory has fully prepared spare parts and jigs and equipment and increased the responsibility and role of technicians and skilled workers to produce various kinds of parts necessary for the production of tractors.
