Pyongyang, May 28 (KCNA) -- People's committees across the DPRK are effectively organizing and guiding the work for helping the rural areas.

The Sukchon County People's Committee in South Phyongan Province, in contact with the county agricultural management committee, has learned about the demand of manpower and organized their distribution in a rational way to suit the specific conditions of farms.

All units are ensuring the planned manpower to the farms in their charge and also introducing the positive facts displayed in rendering assistance to the rural areas, thus encouraging the enthusiasm of masses.

Leading officials of the Kilju County People's Committee in North Hamgyong Province went to farm fields and encourage the helpers to turn out in carrying out the immediate farming tasks with the consciousness that they are responsible for the country's granary together with farmers.

The Unpha County People's Committee of North Hwanghae Province has learned about the operation of farm machines at farms and taken necessary measures, thus making sure that relevant units collect materials necessary for the production of farm machine parts and send them to the farm machine station.
