Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Prak Sokhon upon his appointment as deputy prime minister and currently minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia on November 22.
