Pyongyang, March 31 (KCNA) -- The Hungnam Fertilizer Complex in the DPRK over-fulfilled its first quarterly national economic plan.

The complex fulfilled its fertilizer production plan for January and February. It produced over 100 more tons of fertilizer than planed on a daily average this month.

Officials went to production sites to conduct the political work, carrying on the economic operations and command.

Scientists, technicians and skilled workers of the complex reduced the standard of material consumption per unit and ensured the full operation of equipment.

Relevant units, too, contributed to fulfilling their plan. -0-
