Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK) and its organizations at all levels are arousing their members to finishing threshing in good time and in good quality.

The UAWK organizations in Pyongyang, including the UAWK committees in Mangyongdae and Hyongjesan districts, conducted political work to stir up the enthusiasm of the masses and organized emulation in conformity with the specific features and actual conditions of each unit, thus contributing to successfully finishing threshing in a short span of time.

The UAWK organizations in Waudo and Chollima districts of Nampho Municipality conducted a brisk farm machine repair team movement to ensure the full operation of threshers and thus contributed to finishing the threshing plan earlier than last year.

Such activities have been conducted by UAWK organizations in South Phyongan and North Hwanghae provinces, too. -0-
