Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- Ragwonpho on the east coast of the DPRK where a modern offshore farm is under construction is turning into another fairyland.

Thanks to the devoted efforts of the soldier-builders, the construction of fishing village is progressing at the final stage.

The guards hero construction unit finished the foundation and frame projects in a short span of time by concentrating forces and means and completed the construction of dwelling houses, water pumping stations, drainage tanks while directing efforts to improving their quality.

Other units of the Korean People's Army are building dwelling houses, nursery, kindergarten, commercial and neighboring-serving amenities at the final stage.

The field technical guidance for further improving the level of specialization of construction has been intensified to make progress in ensuring the quality of all structures.
