Pyongyang, June 15 (KCNA) -- The respected Marshal Kim Jong Un received a letter of resolution on June 13 from the members of the delegation of Korean schoolchildren in Japan to the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.

The letter extended thanks to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un, who made children of Koreans in Japan participate in the celebrations of the 80th KCU birthday and provided them with high glory and happiness, reflecting the unanimous mind of all Koreans and their schoolchildren in Japan.

It said that the 15 days and nights they spent in the homeland were precious ones when they cherished the pride and honor of Koreans, deeply grasping the noble compatriotism of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un and his outlook on the rising generations and keenly realizing the mightiness and rosy future of the homeland.

At the venues of the celebrations of the 80th KCU birthday, they came to be convinced of the bright future of the homeland which would be eternally rosy and prosperous, seeing the vigorous and healthy looks of the KCU members, and hardened their patriotic faith to prepare themselves to be pillars of the patriotic cause of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan desired by the fatherly Marshal, the letter said, and went on:

Witnessing new streets and monumental edifices of socialist civilization, we cherished the strong sentiment and the great heroic spirit of the homeland to build a dignified power by its own efforts and with love for the future.

The respected Marshal Kim Jong Un loving the future and devoting his all to it is the benevolent father of the schoolchildren in the homeland and the Korean schoolchildren in Japan.

The letter wished the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un, who represents their destiny and future as well as powerful Korea, good health for the eternal prosperity of the socialist homeland and the brighter laughter and happiness of the rising generations. -0-
