Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- The builders involved in the project for building 10 000 flats at the third stage in Hwasong area of the DPRK are making successes every day.

Soldier-builders finished the tiling of the insides of houses, etc. and are hastening the tiling of the outsides of houses. And they are installing windows of the public buildings.

The civilian builders' units have completed detailed work and are pushing ahead with the landscaping.
