Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- The officials and workers of the Anju Pumping Factory in the DPRK are pushing ahead with the production of irrigation pumps to be sent to the agricultural sector in the first half of the year.
The factory has introduced valuable invention proposals into production, turning technological innovation into the work of the masses.
It has solved the sci-tech problems arising in increasing the number of operating days of cupola furnaces two times and made sure that highly skilled workers give passing-on-technique to new workers to raise the processing speed.
It has increased the productivity 1.5 times by inventing a new molding jig and reduced the time of assembling parts of large pumps.
The officials, workers and technicians of the factory are accelerating the production of irrigation pumps at the final stage and expanding achievements in the production of various kinds of pumps to be sent to different sectors of the national economy and construction sites. -0-
