Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- Hundreds of women in North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK have volunteered for worksites seething with a drive for increased production and creation.

Members of the women's union in Rinsan, Hwangju and Koksan counties volunteered to work at building-materials production bases and regional-industry factories, and those in Pongsan County petitioned their organizations to send them to the regional-industry factories to be newly built.

Among the women's union members who pledged to go to the places called by the Workers' Party of Korea are housewives in Yonthan, Sinphyong and Junghwa counties volunteering to work at raw material base stations.

Women's union members in Songnim City and Unpha County are full of enthusiasm to harvest bumper crops on every field as the performers and masters of the rural revolution.

Women in Sariwon City and Singye, Sohung and Sangwon counties vowed to take part in public life, out of their mind to contribute to demonstrating the validity and vitality of the Party's policies.

Officials and members of the women's union in the relevant regions saw off the volunteers leaving for their new posts, giving bouquets to them. -0-
