Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- Pukchang, Yomju, Paechon, Janggang, Cholwon and Kilju counties of the DPRK are now getting vibrant with an air of spring for regional rejuvenation amid the construction projects for 2025 being conducted across the country.

Ground-breaking ceremonies of regional-industry factories took place in those counties on Thursday.

Present there were Kim Tok Hun and Choe Tong Myong, members of the Political Bureau and secretaries of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Han Kwang Sang, department director of the C.C., WPK, the chief secretaries of provincial Party committees, officials and working people of the relevant provinces and counties and soldier-builders.

Speeches were made at the ceremonies.

Speakers noted that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un has energetically guided the gigantic revolutionary work for the perfect implementation of the regional development policy.

They stressed that the new changes to be made in different parts of the country this year would more strikingly prove the truth of our cause for realizing the people's ideals and long-cherished desire and the rosy future of socialism.

They ardently called for dynamically advancing toward a higher target, saying that the historic cause of regional rejuvenation would surely be accomplished thanks to the wise leadership of the great Party Central Committee and the inexhaustible strength and wisdom of the people rallied as one around the Party.

Commanders of the 124th regiments of the Korean People's Army made speeches.

They expressed the determination to successfully build new factories for the people, another proud monumental edifice conveying the matchless feats of the KPA, and thus glorify this year marking the 80th birthday of the WPK with great victory and glory.

Soldier-builders started the construction projects with their firm confidence and will to fully display the brave mettle of the revolutionary army knowing no impossibility in the struggle to perfectly realize the cherished desire of the WPK.

The construction sites were seething with high morale of the builders, who made a more vigorous and bigger stride for epochal transformation to bring earlier the rosy future of a thriving country desired by the people, and the loud buzzing sound of construction machines. -0-
