Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Kim Yun Sil, a woman centenarian living in Neighbourhood Unit No. 27, Kingol-dong, Rangnang District, Pyongyang.

The centenarian, who received the birthday spread amid congratulations of officials of the district committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, family members, relatives and villagers, expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un out of deep emotion.

Born into a family of day laborer before liberation, she was forced to lead a miserable life, being subject to all sorts of humiliation and contempt, but could lead a worthwhile life only when President Kim Il Sung built a genuine people's country.

She, who experienced the benevolence of the country through her real life, took the lead in aiding the front during the Fatherland Liberation War and contributed to the grain production by making patriotic efforts in farm fields for decades. -0-
