Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- Officials and members of the land realignment shock brigade in the DPRK have realigned thousands of hectares of arable land this year.

Officials are striving to attain the struggle goals for this year by realigning the lands in South Hwanghae, North Hwanghae and other regions into ones fit for mechanized farming and ones of standardized shapes.

Thanks to the devoted efforts of officials and members of the shock brigade, a guarantee is provided for increasing the proportion of mechanization in farm work and stably raising grain production. -0-
