Pyongyang, June 7 (KCNA) -- The Kumsong Tractor Factory in the DPRK is speeding up the development of new goods and their production.

Thanks to the efforts of technicians and workers of the factory, several valuable technical innovation proposals have been invented and introduced this year, proving effective in production.

The technical development department and the vehicle research branch give scientific guidance to the processes so that the goods reach all technical indices.

Technicians and skilled workers of the experimental product workshop finished the processing and assembling of parts needed for the production of tractors of 120 hp and tractors for sloping land.

The workers of the gear workshop and the processing shop no. 2 are also introducing advanced working methods and making active use of efficient jigs and equipment to ensure the accuracy of accessory processing.

The factory is also making progress in manufacturing new-type rice harvesters. -0-
