Pyongyang, July 26 (KCNA) -- A national sci-tech presentation in the field of construction was held through video-conferencing at the Sci-Tech Complex from July 22 to 25 under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the Architects Union of Korea.

Present at the presentation on the theme of "Comprehensive national development and Juche-oriented architecture" were officials, teachers, researchers and designers of the Green Architecture Institute of the State Academy of Sciences, the Pyongyang Municipal Design Institute, Pyongyang University of Architecture, Hamhung College of Construction and the Ryanggang Provincial Designing Institute.

Submitted to the presentation were more than 190 papers studied by scientists and technicians in the field of construction.

At the presentation, there were speeches and question-and-answers session on technical issues arising in the reality, original conceptions and experience in keeping with the demand of a new construction revolution in which people's wealth and monumental edifices symbolizing the civilization and prosperity of the new era are being built one after another.

During the presentation there were a creation experience-sharing meeting reflecting successes made in appreciating construction quality and a video show on the data of construction trend. -0-
