Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- The Sunchon Cement Complex of the DPRK is fulfilling its daily production plan at 105 percent.

Workers and technicians of the calcinating workshop are making progress in the clinker production by exploring and introducing inventions for improving the method of operating the furnace and increasing the number of operating days.

The cement, combined raw material and coal crushing workshops are keeping the processes dovetailed with each other and increasing the grinding capacity and dust-absorbing efficiency through the introduction of advanced technologies. And the automation workshop is optimizing the production process.

The employees of the refractory and processing workshops are consolidating their material and technical foundations and providing necessary fire bricks and accessories in a responsible manner.

Miners of the Sunchon Limestone Mine, the Clay Slate Mine and the Jikdong Gypsum Mine have established a system of checking and repairing machinery and equipment and conducted a technical innovation campaign to expand their delivery capacity. -0-
