Pyongyang, February 5 (KCNA) -- An exhibition of utensils and tools for making the preparations for housing construction in a far-sighted way took place in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, on February 4, true to the decision of the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea on pushing ahead with the project for building houses at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area.

Displayed there were valuable and practical construction utensils, tools and equipment invented and manufactured at construction units by their own efforts and technology on the basis of the successes and experience gained in the past construction.

The brigades of the Ministry of Public Security and the Pyongyang Construction Commission produced efficient and labor- and material-saving mixers and cutters by introducing new technology.

The first, second and third brigades of ministries and national agencies and other construction units, too, have prepared utensils, tools and equipment conducive to ensuring the quality of construction. -0-
